You define the operating areas for your machinery and when for instance your combine harvester leaves a particular customer’s field and heads towards the next one, you will get a message. Then you can call up the next customer and make sure everything’s in place for a quick start when the combine turns up.

All the information amassed by AGRO-SCOUT can be exported to a wide variety of other applications so nothing stands in the way of more detailed analysis. When you merge the data from this programme with precision farming software such as AGROCOM MAP you can really take advantage of the potential which is built in to the system to analyse and simulate efficiency boosting processes.

Your data records can be fed into Google earth®  satellite and aerial photos and you can follow the path of one or more machines track by track. You’re so close it’s almost as good as being on the spot. An on line function updates every two minutes. If, for example, you need to keep a certain distance from open areas of water, then you can check for yourself with one look at Google earth® .

The AGRO SCOUT charts show whether the machine is running or switched off and can show analogue values such as the combine cutter bar position or the position of the three point linkage on a tractor. In addition you can clearly trace both the travel speed and level of fuel in the tank on an easy to read line diagram. 

The operating time analysis provides you with a firm basis for praise and ideas for improvements. You can talk to your people about the amount of process time versus total time available or analyse how effectively your crop transport capacity was used. You can find out how much time your drivers spent turning on headlands or discharging. With a positive approach to the data there are always plenty of good  ideas and with a team approach you’ll all be able to contribute to doing better next time round.

You get sent all the latest figures automatically by e-mail. Your manager is updated on a daily basis with all the figures in PDF format. Surely nothing can be more convenient  than that.

The information gathered on the machine are sent out by GPRS every ten seconds. The results are stored centrally on a secure server and only you can gain access with 128 bit SSL encryption. As an end user you don’t have to bother about updating because we handle updates and additional functions centrally.
